The story : Seven years ago , a horrible crime was committed.
A young babysitter was tormented all evening with harassing phone calls from an even creepier man while watching over two small children.
In the end , the man was put into a mental institution.
Recently , the crazed man has escaped from the hospital he has been imprisoned in.
The father of the two children whom he killed wants the man captured and locked up.
He hires a private investigator to find the creep but no one really knows where he will turn up next.
