The story : Carl Casper is a great chef.
He runs the kitchen at the restaurant he works at.
On the day he knows his food will be reviewed by the most prominent food critic , Carl makes a special menu.
While getting ready , Carls boss insists that he stick to the menu he makes all the time.
No surprises.
Carl knows this is a bad idea but he really doesnt have a choice and of course he gets a bad review.
At his wits end , Carl wants to give it another go but again he is sabotaged by his boss.
Out of a job , Carl travels to Florida with his son and ex and gets inspired.
He decides to try his hands at making cuban sandwiches in a food truck , working for himself.
