Phil Spector (2013)

Made for HBO , airing March 24th in the US.
Filming location(s) unknown.
Based on truths...? Maybe some true maybe some not...Personally , I think this one is pretty close to truth only because Ive read about all the trouble some people went through to try and see that this film was not made. These people claimed that this film painted Spector as an innocent man. Well , all I can say is , you be the judge.
The story : Phil Spector has been a successful bigtime music producer and song writer since the early 60s , making not only himself rich and famous but many others as well.
One February evening in 2003 , Spector brought home with him Lana Turner , a woman who had done some acting and modeling and was currently working as a cocktail waitress.
The next morning , Miss Turner was found dead in Spector's home , from a single gunshot wound to the head.
This is the story of one woman , who makes an effort to know as much as she can find out about who Spector is. She believes in his innocence and stands by him , as his legal guardian in court.
