But all this help gets the doctor into a lot of trouble with the people that seem to think that he is playing God.

Her mother works hard to do everything she can for her daughter, and she sends her daughter to a school which is in Temples' very best interest.
There, she learns many things about herself, due to a very good friend/teacher who tests her abilities.
Temple ends up going to and graduating from college and while doing so, is in the process all the while of making a huge name for herself as a writer and inventor.
