The story: Thelma is a 9-year-old with a lot of time on her hands.
She has a knack for blackmailing people for kicks.
She befriends a girl her age and although her new friend isn't as evil as she, she does eventually get the point.
The two decide to mess with an older couple.
But the two ends up being the initial one.
