Danny finds himself behind bars, for much longer than any other first offender his age because his parents choose to leave him in jail for the first night to teach him a lesson.
Danny ends up learning a lot more than just the assumed lessons.

The story: Doctor Russell and his Mrs. decide to make a change and get a place in a little spot by the ocean called Devil's Elbow.
Soon the couple finds out that the little town has some kind of curse on it and it's continuing on, every night when the storm rolls in.
The couple also finds that the only other people in town they can confide in, happen to be parents of one of the doctors old patients.
Only now, the young boy is being corrupted by the town's curse.
