The story: Richard Ian Blaney is kind of a poor-ass bloke.
He can't keep or get a job and he spends a lot of his time wondering about.
At the same time, there happens to be a serial killer lurking about town.
And when Mr. Blaney's ex-wife turns up murdered and he was seen near the scene of the crime, he is automatically the suspect.
