Leprechaun 3 (1995)

The story: A man missing an eye, a leg, and a hand walks, dragging a large sack into a pawn shop,
He claims he needs money badly.
Inside the sack is a leprechaun statue, which the shop owner believes is good luck, so he buys it.
Shortly after his purchase though, things take a turn for the worst when the shop owner removes the leprechauns medallion, waking the pure evil elf.
When the shop owner tries taking the leprechaun's pot of gold he runs into even more trouble because the leprechaun will stop at nothing to keep all of his gold.
When the greedy shop owner is killed and a young man looking to sell his watch for gambling cash finds him, he unknowingly involves himself in the leprechauns wraith by finding and taking the one piece of gold which was left behind.

The Apology (2022)

The story: For the past 20 years, Darlene has been battling alcoholism.
She blames herself for the disappearance of her beloved daughter due to being drunk.
This Christmas, Darlene has help and encouragement from good friend Gretchen, to have a get-together with friends and family for the holiday.
Darlene hasn't been involved in such a gathering also for the past 20 years.
After Gretchen leaves for the night, Darlene begins thinking about her daughter again.
When she is just about to take a drink from a bottle of vodka she's had for a while, there is a knock at the door.
Darlene opens the door to find her ex-brother-in-law standing there with his luggage, in a blizzard.
Extremely surprised to see him, she quickly invites him in.
What seems like a complete coincidence that he is there, ends up being nothing of the sort.

Dedication (2007)

Filmed entirely in New York.
The story: Henry Roth writes children's books, along with illustrator/friend Rudy Holt.
Henry has all kinds of personal issues that are mostly associated with women, and Rudy does the best he can to advise his friend in all the right directions.
When Rudy dies suddenly, Henry takes it really hard.
His death comes shortly after the two had pitched a story/book and got the get-go from their publishing company.
So the company takes a look at three illustrators' works' to find a replacement.
Found is Lucy Reilly, who is already working for the company just not in the same department.
She is young, talented, and in great need of a lot of cash and fast.
But after encountering Henry and then meeting with him briefly, she feels she cannot work with him.
The company convinces her that it's working with Henry or lose her job completely.
So she agrees to go ahead with the original plan, while Henry decides he should be less of a dick to her so they can get along.
What ends up happening, neither of them seen coming but Henry's issues keep holding him back.
