The story : Miranda is a quiet , happy , patient nurse who is pushing to become a surgical nurse.
She keeps busy with her hobbies and is looking to buy a new home.
A friend from work sets Miranda up on a blind date.
The day of the date , a man shows up at her house.
Miranda lets him in but after a little while when she asks him to leave and he wont , she panics.
The man who Miranda thought was her date has actually just happened to show up at her house to attack her.
Shortly after the incident the man is caught and put in jail but this isnt much comfort for Miranda.
She becomes increasingly angry and impatient with herself as well as everyone around her , also feeling out of control when she once had a tight lid on things.
The only solution Miranda can think of is to contact her attacker.
