The story : Mia and John are a young couple expecting their first baby.
They are friends with an older couple that lives right next door to them.
One evening , Mia is awoken by a scream.
She wakes John , telling him she believes the scream came from next door and she would like him to check on their friends.
John finds the lifeless bodies of his friends just as Mia goes looking for him.
He tells to her to call an ambulance.
Back inside her house Mia doesnt realize the killers are now in her home.
The couple survive but the killers left them a gift inside the new doll John just gave to Mia for her collection...
