The story : Pharmacist Matthew Parker has moved his wife Catherine and their two teens - rebellious Lily and quiet Tommy to a small town in Australia.
The move was one to protect his family. But his family hate their new home.
Tommy insists on blaming Lily for the move and she feels just as guilty and responsible as much as angry.
One evening , Matthew sees Tommy and Lily leave the house.
The next morning , Catherine looks about the house for the kids but assumes maybe they left for school before she woke up.
Later on in the day , when the kids dont make it home after school Catherine finds out that they have been missing a lot of school and this is another of those days.
Catherine freaks.
The kids have clearly run away which takes a nagging , growing toll on Matthew and Catherine.
