The story: It's the last day of school before Christmas break and Springfield is seeing a giant snowstorm.
Lisa and Bart eagerly await the news of a school cancellation but that doesn't happen.
Instead, they are forced to go to school and by the time the day is over it becomes frighteningly apparent that no one will be able to make it home.
The kids fight it and try any and all ways to make it out of school but Principle Skinner is dead set on them all staying there, overnight.
