The story: It's Christmas Eve and the Seaver's are putting the last minute touches on their celebration.
Also, they will be opening one special gift this evening and Ben is eagerly awaiting his, which is not under the tree yet.
Jason gets a visit from Walter who is a patient of his.
Walter is scheduled to play Santa Claus and give out presents at the local orphanage but he is worried he will be a flop.
After talking with Jason Walter is on his way.
But while Jason and Maggie are out picking up Ben's gift, Walter returns to their house, threatening to jump down their chimney to his death.
