The story: It's Christmas Eve and the Simpson's are decorating their real tree...
After that, it's bedtime and Marge explains to the kids that they are not to wake up earlier than everyone else.
This year they will be spending the morning opening gifts altogether.
In the middle of the night, Bart wakes up to use the restroom.
Then he sneaks downstairs and opens one of his gifts.
To his surprise, he finds a fire truck that he is really excited about and begins playing with it.
But it catches on fire and then the truck catches the tree and all the other gifts underneath it on fire as well.
