The story: Harry got Billie the hottest Valentine's day item on the market, a cookie on a stick.
He went way out of his way to get it and he thinks she will really like it.
Just as he shows the rest of the group the cookie, Billie shows up with her gift from David.

Because David is so romantic, Billie admires how David thinks of everything.
While their day in court ensues, a case involving David accused of pickpocketing happens.
