Nothing bothers her as long as she has her dog . who happens to be her best friend.
When her dog dies unexpectedly , Peggy is shattered.
A few days later , Peggy gets a call from a man who works at the vet and does animal rescues.
He thinks she is a prime candidate for rescuing another pooch.
Meeting and getting to know this guy changes Peggy's life.
