Sweet November (1968)

Released February 8th in the US.
Filmed entirely in New York.
The story: Sara is a young woman who lives and works in Brooklyn Heights.
One day, while trying to cheat on a driver's test, Sara meets Charlie, a maker of boxes...
At first, Charlie doesn't really like Sara much but she makes sure to spend some time with him to get Charlie to warm up to her.
It works.
Sara convinces Charlie to stay with her for the month of November.
She claims to be someone who helps and studies the men that she asks to stay with her.
But when Charlie tells Sara he's in love with her she just avoids the situation.
This boggles Charlie's mind.
While asking people that know her he begins to figure out what's really going on.
