The story: Cousins Anton and Vincent are high-speed traders working for a firm in Wall Street.
Anton is a great businessman and Vincent being the brains of the two come up with a brilliant idea.
They want to build an underground, fiber optic cable from Kansas to New Jersey.
The point of the cable is to have the numbers in the trading game milliseconds before anyone else, which will make them a whole lot of money.
After signing on a money partner they quit their jobs and venture out to make their plan a reality.
But along the way, they run into quite a few snags that can easily break their mission into pieces.
