The story: In 1961, singer Patsy Cline's career was on the rise.
Then she was in a bad car accident which put her in the hospital, broken and bruised.
At the same time, Loretta Lynn was busy being a housewife and mother who loved to sing around the house.
Loretta's husband loved her singing so much he convinced her to do it in public.
The next thing Loretta knew, she was singing Patsy's current hit on the radio.
While in the hospital Patsy caught Loretta's performance and instantly sent for her.
Loretta, thinking Patsy would be angry about her singing her song was pleasantly surprised to find that Patsy was flattered.
This began a friendship between the two that seen many highs and lows.
