Halloween Horror Show Presents Elviria's Halloween Special ; MTV's (1986)

Made for MTV, airing October 31st in the US.
The story: Elvira is visiting Salem, Massachusetts - witch capital of the world.
She picks up a few souvenirs at the Salem Witch Museum, gives trick or treating tips, talks to people on the street in Salem, exercises, checks out Halloween costumes on the street, advertises her favorite Halloween carols on vinyl, takes phone calls for people looking to enroll in The Salem State College of Witchcraft and Voodoo, makes Halloween snacks, appears on the 25,000 Pentagram Show, and advertises the Elviria Doll her boyfriend Satan doll his Cool car and Nightmare mansion for 79.99, (breasts sold separately).
Then, Elvira gets arrested by the Salem police.
