Filmed entirely in New York.
The story : Emily is a quiet woman living alone with her cat.
She doesn't have more than really one friend , who she doesn't know very well at that.
One evening just after arriving home to her apartment , Emily is attacked by a man who tape records the whole ordeal.
Two police investigators are called in to talk with Emily , a man and a woman.
The man leaves Emily his card , as well as checking in on her from time to time.
Emily decides to get a new place to live but someone is watching Emily , stalking her every move.
When Emily gets close with the male police investigator , her stalker doesn't like it very much.
