The story : It's Ohio 1978 and four teens can think of nothing more than the KISS concert that is about a day away in Detroit.
It's been three years now that they have missed KISS when the band came to rock out in their area and there's just no way they are willing to miss this show.
One of the kids moms' gets a hold of their concert tickets and seeing how KISS is the devil band , she decides to make it her business that the guys don't get to use their tickets.
While their bud is brought off to be spoken to by the local priest , the rest of the guys decide they can win their way to the show.
