The story : Carrie White is the outcast of her school. No friends , strict mom and not a clue about what kids her age lives are like.
Carrie desperately wants to fit in and be accepted by her peers but nope that's not gonna happen.
After the girls in her gym class get brutal with her , they get in trouble for it.
Some believe they shouldn't have gotten in trouble for what happened and some feel bad for what they did.
Either way , none of it brings Carrie out of herself. Instead it all sends her deeper within herself , believing that she has telekinesis and begins trying to understand it.
Sue , the one girl who now feels truly sorry for what they did in gym class , talks her boyfriend into taking Carrie to prom.
But , oh yea , you guessed it. It's a trap! For everyone....
