Wakefield (2016)

The story : Howard Wakefield is a family man who is beginning to see his daily life as pretty monotonous.
On his way home from work on the train one night , there is a power outage.
After making his way home by foot  , there still is no power and while wandering around in his yard notices a raccoon get into his garage.
Howard follows the raccoon into the garage and while up there there looks out the window into his home.
Looking in on his wife and daughters , the lights turn on.
But seeing how Howard and his wife have been fighting lately , he decides to spend the night in the garage.
The next morning , Howard begins thinking he should go inside.
But quickly changes his mind , thinking him not being home all night will just cause another problem.
Howard decides to wait til his wife is off to work to go inside but before any of that happens , many things he never imagined happen instead.
Howards wife believes , because she cannot track him down anywhere , that he is missing.
So , Howard decides maybe he should stay missing.
