The story : Harry is a thief.
While trying to get away from the police he happens into an audition for a movie...
Now everyone that doesn't know Harry personally believes he is in fact an actor.
He gets invited to a party , where smart-guy Perry takes him under his wing.
Perry tells Harry that he must study being a private investigator for his movie role and he will teach him.
What Harry really learns is that there was a murder , of a very rich woman and it seems he and Perry are accidentally involved.
