The story : Logan is a high school student who believes his home life with mom and dad is idyllic.
While out running a small errand with dad , Logan witnesses his dads tragic death.
Instantly mom and Logan are in debt and need to move out of their home.
Aunt Allison invites them to stay at her mountain home even though its on the market to be sold.
The only hitch is that Logan and his mom just be out of the house at least one day a week when the realtors show it.
As soon as they move in , weird shit happens constantly.
It is slightly alarming but soon it just gets worse.
