The story : One rainy day Billy's little brother Georgie went missing.
The next year , Georgie has not been forgotten. But he is among a growing amount of kids going missing in town.
Billy and his friends have ideas about where Georgie could be found.
While out searching they meet a couple more kids their age who they befriend.
One of the new friends , who is somewhat new in town , tells the others about the troubled past the town they are living in has.
The connection between the towns past and the missing kids is not a coincidence.
