Filmed entirely in Oklahoma.
The story : Randall is a quiet , easy-going man.
There are three important people in Randall's life.
His girlfriend , who he's been seeing for about three years and would like to have his baby.
His mom , who lives nearby and enjoys taking care of him when she feels he is in need.
And his best friend - Jay , who likes to live on the edge and push the limits every chance he gets.
But the one thing that Randall enjoys most about his life is his job , working as a parking enforcement officer.
There isnt anything Randall enjoys more. Well , maybe his daily chicken salad sandwich from his favorite sandwich shop....
One day while visiting his doctor , Randall finds out that he has a terminal heart condition and only so long to live.
He decides not to tell anyone who he is close to about the news , but they all find out.
Randall's girlfriend is now in a huge rush to have his baby.
His mom believes there is something she can do to keep her son alive and Jay wants Randall to live the rest of his days to the fullest.
But all Randall is really concerned about is the broken parking meter that he has been writing to the president about to have fixed.
