Filmed in Texas and Colorado.
The story : Binx and his older sister Billie Jean are out and about for the day on Binx's scooter.
When they get to the gas station , a group of local kids harrass them namely a bully called Hubie.
Binx gets fed up with Hybie's shit so he tosses a drink in his face and he and Billie Jean head off once more.
Later on in the day , Hybie and his entourage catch up with them.
This time though , Hybie takes Binx's scooter.
Binx is heartbroken without his scooter so Billie Jean has a couple friends take her to the police station to report it stolen.
She is advised to wait a couple days for the scooters return.
When Billie Jean gets home she finds the scooter all smashed up along with Binx's face.
Billie Jean goes to Hybie's dad to ask for the money to fix the scooter but things get out of hand.
