Filmed entirely in Maryland.
The story : Dr. Jake Rainer is a retired child therapist.
The police call him in to take a look at a brutal murder scene and then spring it on him.
They want the doctor to work with the severally traumatized mute autistic Tim , who appears to have witnessed his parents murders.
Tim and his older sister Sylvie are the only survivors of the attacks , but she wasnt there either.
Sylvie can however tell of what she knows and speak for her little brother.
She helps recruit the unwilling doctor to help her brother as this is the only way the mystery of their parents death can be solved.
