The story: Thomas is a very rich man who is on his death bed.
He could be gone any day now.
His mistress Jessica wants Thomas to sign away his land, where a homeless shelter is to build a money maker.
Thomas' nephew is bent on having uncle Thomas sign the papers, keeping the homeless shelter and all its inhabitants put.
He does not want to see so many people out in the street, during the holidays of all times.
Jessica is so evil and greedy about the whole situation.
Thomas' nephew promises her that if she doesn't change her greedy ways she will surely be very sorry.
