So, poor Lil Spork carries on, day to day, just going through the motions until one day, the only friend Spork has, her neighbor Tootsie Roll - tells Spork of a dance-off that she plans on winning so she can visit her dad.
But when Lil Tootsie Roll has a bad accident involving her hair sheen, it's now up to Spork to help a sister out.
