The story: Sarah is a young woman, wanting to make a change in her life.
She finds an apartment for lease in L.A. and jumps at the opportunity.
When she arrives for the open house though, she steps into a room of various people looking at the place.
Just when Sarah is about to leave, the manager of the building advises her to stay and take a look.
Soon Sarah is surprised to learn she has been approved for the apartment and quickly moves right in.
She gets the impression everyone in the apartment building is very friendly and welcoming, and she couldn't have gotten luckier.
But even though all her neighbors believe they are a bunch living harmoniously in their self-made community, someone has it in for her cat, which she isn't supposed to have in the building and one night, they make sure Sarah gets the hint.
Sarah soon realizes that she has unknowingly moved into a cult-like setting.
