The story : Cory Lambert is a tracker for the Fish and Wildlife Service.
While out tracking a family of lions who attacked and killed his father-in-laws steer , Cory finds the dead and frozen body of a young woman he knows.
FBI agent Jane Banner is called in to investigate the murder.
After speaking to the coroner , he tells Jane he cannot rule the death as a murder due to exactly how she died.
But Jane knows that the death was in fact due to a crime that would have resulted in murder.
She asks Cory to work along with her to solve the case.
