The story : It's been 23 years since anyone has seen the Creeper.
But it's that time again...
One of his victims returns from the grave to warn his mother.
He wants his mother to hide away her granddaughter who has been living with her but grandma believes she can somehow stop the Creeper.
Problem with that is , the granddaughter has no idea about him until she comes face to face with him.
