The story : Tia and Tony have arrived in Los Angeles for a short time.
In a week , their Uncle Bene will join them.
Uncle Bene sends them on their way in a cab but on the way the cab runs out of gas.
While waiting , Tony gets a vision that something bad is going to happen to someone nearby.
Tony goes off to help , telling Tia to stay in the cab and wait.
When Tony doesn't return , Tia goes looking for him.
She meets up with a group of kids who she helps so they try to help her find Tony , who was captured by some greedy bad guys.
