The story : Benji has traveled by his private yacht the Sea Bark to Marineland in St. Augustine , Florida.
He has come to fulfill his lifelong dream of becoming the first dog ever to scuba dive.
It has taken a full year to create just the right scuba equipment for Benji and it is to be kept in a secret hiding place so no one can steal it.
There is only one problem , villian Boris To Death wants to be the first dog to scuba dive instead of Benji.
He will try anything he can think of to keep Benji from pulling off the task.
