Today also happens to be Bills' young daughters birthday.
After leaving his car on the freeway due to not having it in him to deal with the traffic , Bill has been dealing with a lot of random situations.
Some pretty dangerous situations none the less but Bill aint having any of that shit.
Bill has caused so many problems around town , many people have complained to the police about him.
He is just trying to get to his daughter for her birthday.
