The story : Marissa is a young small town girl from Indiana who now calls New York City home.
She is used to the things she has grown up with , including the typical foods of an everyday Americans eating diet.
But as she spent more time in New York , she realized , not everyone enjoys eating the meat and dairy type foods that she has grown to live with.
She begins exploring and eventually turns herself into a vegan.
Now , she wants to test some people , who on a regular basis eat the same things she was accustomed to eating.
She will take three people on a six week , step-by-step journey to help them learn and understand if in fact a meat and dairy diet is the one they believe they should have.
Also helping them understand what it all means to the planet and their bodies.
