The story : Lois Lee is a smart young lady who is working on her college degree.
She has a very important thesis to write to continue on in the direction she wants her college education to take.
She decides to write it on a very important subject to her , prostitution.
Lois goes out on the streets on a nightly basis , talking to and trying to help the young prostitutes any way she can.
After writing the paper and being told its not an acceptable topic , she pushes harder. Lois believes the majority of young women in prison that the state has to be responsible for , are there because of prostitution.
Soon Lois finds herself taking in young prostitutes and homeless kids after an 11 year-old is murdered on the streets and no one is doing anything to protect these kids.
