The story: Michael's in Santa Monica is a very popular restaurant, which takes pride in serving the public in the best way they are able, treating them to some very lovely French cuisine.
The employees take pride in their work and what they can accomplish by working there, constantly refining their craft.
Here we get to listen to the people who are involved with running Michaels' and what it all means to them.
We also get to follow along with them all, through the course of two very busy evenings at the restaurant.
