The story: Scott hasn't been able to get a grip on anything in his life since losing his firefighter father when he was 7-years-old.
He is very immature and doesn't seem to take much seriously.
He doesn't work, hangs out with his buds, lives with his single mom and his younger sister who is going away to college.
Scott would like to become a tattoo artist but he isn't very good at it so he doesn't bother.
When his mother meets and starts seeing someone very seriously, the two begin planning things for Scott to help get him out of his rut and get on the right track to becoming a whole adult.
