The story : Joel owns and runs a really successful extract company that he started from the ground up without any help.
Everything at the factory goes seemingly well despite a few employee issues.
When a longtime employee refuses to do her job one day because she feels others are not doing their job an accident happens injuring the floor manager in training.
Things quickly seem to get back to normal while the training floor manager recovers in the hospital. But a new employee comes in and causes many problems without anyone catching on as well as jeopardizing the company.
