The story : Alyson and her husband have just separated.
Alyson is now taking their young daughter Claire to live with her.
She tries hard to convince Claire that they will be happy and everything will work out fine but Claire isnt convinced.
No sooner do they get to their new home , Claire finds a creepy doll and begins bonding with it.
Alyson doesnt want Claire to keep the doll but Claire convinces her mom.
The next day at school , the kids taunt Claire about her new home , telling her its haunted and that it will get her.
Now Claire really withdraws , believing her only friend is her new creepy doll.
But what Alyson didnt know is that there was a whole family killed in her new home five years before they moved in.
