Filmed in Washington DC , Canada and New York.
The story : Former museum security guard Larry Daley has recently been working his way up in the world.
Now he is a popular sales man for many up and coming products.
One day , Larry decides to visit his beloved friends at the museum.
He is shocked to learn that the museum has decided to retire the current exhibits Larry once guarded with new ones.
The old exhibits will be put away in storage at the bigger , more popular Smithsonian museum.
Larry doesnt like this one bit but there is honestly nothing he can do about it.
Later on that evening , Larry gets a frantic phone call from Jebediah.
Larry's museum exhibit friends are in trouble and need his help ASAP!
