The story: A couple of cops find a young kid, frozen solid in the local river.
The townie cop thinks it was a suicide, just like everyone else. The serious cop thinks there could be possibly a lot more involved.
The serious cop investigates the situation on a daily and believes that all the townies just may be going along with some sort of evil plan that caused the kids death.
