The story: A mad man has locked away many victims and tortured them, allowing only one to live.
When he is busted, he is shot in the head...
And that should be the end...but it's only the beginning.
Fast forward a month or so after.
One of the policemen who captured the murderer is working with some young inmates so they have a chance at doing some co-op work, which will shorten their jail time.
Unfortunately, and for some reason, the dead and the forgotten killer is inhabiting the hotel where the inmates are staying and killing them off one by one.
