The story: Young Oskar is a loner, but not by choice.
He doesn't have any friends and the kids that do pay attention to him are just bullies.
One evening, Oskar witnesses some new tenants moving next door to his apartment complex.
Soon after Oskar meets the new neighbor, a young girl, seemingly his age, who wants to be his friend.
The two become close.
Oskars' new friend lets him in on her disturbing secret.
