The story: When a wife's concern brings her hubby in to see the town doctor, nothing can be detected or done at the time of his visit.
Later on that evening, when the same man who was at his doctors' office hours before commits a horrible crime on his wife and child, everyone knows there is a big huge problem.
But no one realizes the problem is contagious and spreading until the whole town is taken hostage by the government.
