The story: A couple buys a large Victorian home - which they completely fall in love with and intend on fixing up and renting out.
They interview many, but only a few get the OK.
The couple is deceived by a man who plays the part of a well-mannered tenant who gets one of the OK's.
Their new star tenant begins to cause many problems for the couple and other tenants.
